Meet Your Hosts

This retreat was thoughtfully created by three women who share a passion for helping others feel more connected, supported, and empowered. Courtney and Carin of Keystone Physical Therapy, along with Lisa Preller, owner of Empowered Midwifery and Evolve Integrative Health, bring together their unique expertise in pelvic health, movement, midwifery, and integrative care. Together, they created Pause. Nourish. Renew. as an opportunity to step away from the pace and responsibilities of everyday life and make space for yourself. They have thoughtfully curated a weekend filled with nourishing food, gentle movement and restorative practices as well as an insightful Enneagram workshop designed to encourage self-reflection and deeper connection. Our hope is that this weekend feels like a deep exhale—a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself and others, and return home feeling rested, grounded, and renewed.
You Need this More Than Anyone
Women are carrying more than ever — the mental load, the emotional labor, the constant pressure to be strong, capable, available, and composed. Even when we’re exhausted, we keep going. Even when our bodies whisper for rest, we push through. Over time, that quiet overwhelm becomes the background noise of our lives, and we forget what it feels like to truly exhale.
A retreat interrupts that cycle in the most healing way. It gives you permission to step out of the roles you hold and reconnect with the woman underneath them. It offers space where you don’t have to take care of anyone, fix anything, or hold everything together. Instead, you’re invited to soften, to breathe, and to be supported — maybe for the first time in a long time.
Retreats matter because they remind us that rest is not indulgent; it’s essential. They create room for clarity, calm, and connection to return. They help your nervous system reset, your body unwind, and your spirit feel seen again. When women gather with intention, something powerful happens: we remember our strength, our softness, and our capacity to feel deeply restored.
