Dr. Carin Cappadocia, PT, DPT

Dr. Carin Cappadocia is a highly experienced pelvic health physical therapist who has been proudly serving the Capital Region since 2011. Her passion for pelvic health emerged early, during her student rotations in 2010, where she recognized the critical need for specialized care within the community. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Sage Graduate School and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany.

As a mom of two and an accomplished runner—having completed multiple 48.6-mile challenges, half marathons, and relay races (including one while five months pregnant!)—Dr. Cappadocia brings both strength and empathy to her practice. She completed her pelvic health training through the American Physical Therapy Association and the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) through Core Exercise Solutions. This advanced training allows her to integrate whole-body movement strategies to support recovery from diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, and core dysfunction during and after pregnancy.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Cappadocia actively contributes to advancing the field of pelvic health. She lectures on various professional platforms and regularly participates in research studies to support evidence-based treatment approaches. Her mission is to improve quality of life for individuals experiencing pelvic floor dysfunctions, offering compassionate, whole-person care that blends clinical expertise with community advocacy.

Courtney McGeary, PT, DPT Pelvic Physical Therapy

Dr. Courtney McGeary, PT, DPT

Dr. Courtney McGeary has been a dedicated physical therapist in the Capital Region since 2015, beginning her career in orthopedics before fully transitioning to her passion—pelvic health—in 2019. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Utica College and completed specialized pelvic health training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She is also a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) through Core Exercise Solutions, allowing her to offer targeted, whole-body strategies for recovery from diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, and core dysfunction during and after pregnancy.

With a solid foundation in orthopedics and advanced expertise in pelvic health, Dr. McGeary offers a comprehensive, whole-body approach to patient care. After the birth of her first child in 2021, she developed a deeper appreciation for the physical and emotional challenges women face during and after pregnancy. Today, she is committed to increasing access to pelvic health care and raising awareness about its impact on overall well-being.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. McGeary brings creativity and warmth from her years as a dance teacher, working with preschool-aged children and those with special needs. While she enjoys treating individuals across all age groups, her greatest joy comes from supporting and empowering young children.

Working to Give Back to the Community

At Keystone Physical Therapy, we are committed to giving back to the community by supporting a variety of charitable causes throughout the year. Though a combination of fundraising events and donation drives, we raise money to support organizations that align without mission of promoting wellness, resilience and compassionate care. Each season, we spotlight a different charity- ranging from local families in need to national health and advocacy groups and invite our community to join us in making a meaningful impact.

Together, we believe small acts of kindness can create lasting change.
