I am Michelle Beaulieu and your facilitator for this breathwork journey. I believe that the body holds wisdom that can lead you on a profound journey of discovery and healing; a reclamation of the spirit that works through the unique experience of you being you.
I believe that the experience of being human is complex and multi-dimensional and that deep healing is possible with support and practice to dismantle conditioning from the past and forge new habits of mind and body. Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools I have experienced to release emotion, relax the mind and awaken a vitality in me that I did not even know was possible. Breathwork opens the door to new realms of possibility and an embodied essence of ourselves.
